Michael walks the property, lays out exactly what will be done, and follows up with a detailed written estimate. You get one clear price before any work begins.
When do I pay for the work?
Payment is due when the job is finished. For most jobs there's nothing to pay up front. Larger projects over $2,000 require a 50% deposit to schedule the work and cover materials, with the rest due on completion. We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
Can you handle both mowing and junk removal in one visit?
Yes. Since the same person quotes and performs every job, it's easy to combine services in a single trip. Just mention both when you call for your estimate.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Weekly and bi-weekly mowing runs on a set schedule that stays consistent. One-time jobs like cleanups or junk removal are typically booked a few days out.
Will the price change after the estimate?
No. The written estimate is the price you pay. If anything unexpected comes up during the job, Michael will talk to you before doing extra work.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance schedules?
Yes. Many Cornwall homeowners set up weekly or bi-weekly mowing with seasonal cleanups included. You get a consistent schedule with the same person every visit.
